I visited Janta Ayurvedic and Physiotherapy Center (Sector 37D, Basai Enclave, opposite BPTP main gate) for a severely painful and stiff back. ​I opted for their discounted weekly package, which is an incredibly attractive and value-for-money offer. The center is run beautifully under the ownership of Dr. Ruchi, and the entire staff displays exceptionally polite and professional behavior. ​A special thanks to Dr. Himanshu, who treated me. His deep understanding of the issue and his practical guidance on future precautions were outstanding. After completing my 7 days of physiotherapy sessions, I feel completely fine and pain-free. I was suffering from low back pain since covid time , and consulted many ortho doctors and physiotherapists but only able to get 10-20 percent relief. This relief was temporarily as i have desk job which included prolonged sitting. When i consulted in Janta Ayurvedic and Physiotherapy clinic i consulted with Dr. Ruchi .She properly assesed me and explained the problem to me. She designed home exercise program and therapy started. After 1 week starting the sessions i was able to sleep completely painfree in years . Today my 23 sessions are completed and my low back pain is gone completely . i am able to get up pain free and started jogging . no pain in office and even i can play with my pet .
